The Outrigger Canoe Club is a private, members-only club founded in 1908 on the beach at Waikiki, on what is now the site of the Outrigger Waikiki Hotel. The original clubhouse was a grass hut on the beach, but has grown into today’s Club which espouses not only surfing, but other sports, social activities, historical programs, dining facilities and the world's most spectacular sunsets.
