  • Bullock Texas State History Museum

    Bob Bullock was the state's lieutenant governor in 1995 when he pointed out that the state had no museum to properly celebrate its own history. Creating a museum became his passion, and his dream was soon realized. Each of the three floors at the Bullock Texas State History Museum has its own theme: Land, Identity and Opportunity, where you can learn the history of Texas through interactive exhibits, a special-effects show and an IMAX film.

  • Austin Nature and Science Center

    The Austin Nature and Science Center is dedicated to helping increase appreciation for the natural environment in central Texas.
